Pantheon: A Premium WordPress Theme

Today we’re releasing a premium WordPress theme by Viva Themes for our premium members. If you’re not yet a member, you should sign up to download this and dozens of other files.

Pantheon is a left aligned theme, but with a lot of space in the left. A narrow main column, a front page slideshow and a couple of widgetized bars. This theme comes in three different flavors, to make it easier for you to select the one that fits to your business. In the front page you can have either your latest posts or a static page. The theme comes again with an options panel that helps you configure the theme, and enable/disable different stuff. Be sure and check out other great themes by Viva Themes.

Intel's co-founder, Gordon Moore, famously predicted [PDF file link] way back in 1965 that transistors on a chip will double every 2 years. And so they have ever since (therefore, Moore's Law). With increased processing power, computers are increasingly able to process more data in less time - helping users be more productive. So the cycle has been that every few years, hardware in data centers gets obsolete (even though they are in perfectly good working condition), requiring IT departments to spend capital to refresh their data centers to keep productivity levels high and their companies competitive. The Planet to Present at Cloud Expo East

Bottom line: all clouds aren’t the same, and adoption hasn’t begun to lay claim to 1.0 adoption criteria. In his session at the 5th International Cloud Expo, Carl Meadows, Senior Product Manager, Cloud Services at The Planet, offers a comprehensive five-step and easy-to-follow methodology for choosing the right cloud platform for your business. From profiling your applications, to clearly articulating a capacity plan, defining security requirements and even hybrid options, he will provide the resources, considerations, and questions companies should ask to be fully informed. This interactive discussion delivers advice and take-aways about the direction in making “the” cloud decision.
